He holds positions as a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. With expertise in international taxation and intellectual property, Professor Li has held Distinguished Visiting Professor roles in China and India.

He possesses extensive experience in governance and regulatory compliance across Australia and Asia, serving in board and senior executive roles in various entities.
